50% deposit to confirm any reservation is needed. No animals of any kind are permitted. All cottage weekly rentals start on Sunday and must end on a Sunday to count as a week. We rent 2 day minimum .We provide all the linens pots pans dishes. Just bring your groceries and enjoy yourself.
